Next
is the 2nd department which is the bar - in the innkeeper's opinion the SkyPark's heart.

Even
though one must wait until 11 p.m. or even midnight to meet him here because until that hour he is busy with cooking in order to prevent the guests in the restaurant from starving.
So
now we can finally introduce him:
His name is Christos, he is in his mid fourties and married, the father of two children (all of them are sons) and always in a good mood.

Probably
he himself is one of the biggest reasons for the SkyPark's popularity.

one is his music collection:
He got virtually all important songs from the last 40 years on CDs.

the bar there are doors and windows from double glass which they close at 11 p.m.

Temperatures
which people from middle Europe consider comfortable at nighttime, Cretan people however regard as "too chilly for the time of the year".
Apropos
chilly: During springtime nights, the sliding-doors can be closed as well, and on extremely fresh evenings they just switch the air conditioning system to heating mode.
